The Roman empire would send a Roman ambassador who carried “the DNA” of the Emperor into that newly conquered Roman territory in order to Romanize the territory. That ambassador was called an "apostle" and Jesus deliberately translated that term into the Kingdom. Matthew 6:10 is the apostolic prayer: “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.”
Sermons
Abortion from an Apostolic Perspective (part 1)
The Truth about Creation (part 2)
Why all of this talk about Creation? Remember that in John 5:45-47 Jesus says “For if you believed Moses, you would believe Me; for he wrote about Me. But if you do not believe his writings, how will you believe My words?” According to Jesus Himself, to the proportion we don’t believe the writings of Moses, to the same proportion we will not believe the sayings of Jesus! There is a generation that has been raised up in the religion of naturalism which says “don’t believe the bible.”
The Truth about Creation (part 1)
God is not so concerned with His word being destroyed. He is concerned about people being destroyed. This sermon series is not about trying to defend God’s word. God’s word cannot be destroyed. (1 Pe. 1:24-25) Many, many people have been bound in modern times and it is Jesus’ ministry to set them free! What have they been bound by? By a lie that God’s word is not true …
Righteousness by Faith
Introduction
There are three parts that make up who each of us are: spirit, soul, and body. As believers, our body - our skin, bones, tissue, and muscles - are the earthly dwelling for the Holy Spirit, and our soul is made up of our mind, our will, and our emotions. When we are born again, the thing that fundamentally changes upon being born again is our spirit. When we accept Christ into our life we become a new creation! (2 Cor. 5:17-18)
How to share the Gospel Part 4
In Luke 10:2 Jesus said “The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” PRAY that the Lord of the harvest would send you out into the harvest! In this sermon, hear multiple testimonies of having opportunities to share the gospel - including through praying for divine healing.
How to share the Gospel Part 3 (Sorry about the audio quality)
It is important to be fluent in the message of the gospel in order to fulfill the Great Commission. But perhaps the bigger need is knowing how to get started in being able to share that message—learning how you get yourself into the scenario where you get to share that message.
Another powerful way to have the opportunity to share the gospel is to share a prophetic word to someone. Now, please know what prophecy is: it is hearing what God is saying and sharing it with someone. That’s all prophecy is. If you would like, we can complicate it, but there is no scriptural need to complicate it.
So, who can prophesy? All believers can! John 10:27 says “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.” As a believer, as a follower of Christ, you were made to hear the voice of God!

Helping with Motivation
In John 4, Jesus said "My food is to do the will of my Father.” Jesus is saying “the food is not just the Word, but it is also doing the Word!” Do not be deceived being hearers of the word only! God wants you to perceive the new thing that He is doing. Agathos is beautiful to God. He loves our knowledge of Him and our purity, AND (new thing alert!) He is calling us to “go out, reach out, and give to others what He’s given to us.”
The joy that is sharing the Gospel is unlike anything else! You will find that fear is a very thin veneer. So, push through any fears and think “I am going to actually be operating on people so I need to really know what I’m doing so that I can perform successfully!” You are going to thank the Lord for pressing this issue because your whole Christian life is going to come full-circle. Keep after it.
The Word!
We have one commandment and one commission, and the great commission is our Christian job description. Scripturally, we should have multiple types of outreach, but only one message. Timothy became all things to all people so that the Jews would receive him to hear the ONE message. The message is not supposed to become all things to all people. (Acts 16:1-5) In Matthew 28 we hear Jesus command the apostles to teach all believers to make disciples! In Acts 4:13, we see that the religious authorities were stunned at how bold Peter and John (uneducated men) were in preaching the gospel and they found out that they had been with Jesus. There is a very powerful truth there: you do not need to have a theology Ph. D. in order to disciple someone. You just need to be with Jesus!
When Gabriel visited Zacharias to tell of John the Baptist’s coming birth, Zacharias (who had even been praying for a son) responded “How shall I know this? For I am an old man, and my wife is well advanced in years.” (Lk. 1:18) By contrast, when Gabriel visited Mary to tell of Jesus’ coming birth, Mary’s response was “Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word.” (Lk. 1:38)
"I'm calling you to ... deliver to others what I've delivered to you"
Your world needs you! In this message, learn:
"I'm calling you to go out, to reach out"
We need to have an increase-profit mindset. Let’s translate that to the Gospel. If you don’t have a profit orientation—a prosperity orientation—about the things of the kingdom (healing, discipleship, etc.) it will hinder you actually serving people.
